give a chance


When you feel bad or weak, you start asking yourself: Why am I so lazy? What is happening to me? Or what is the reason that I became like that!
All of us face this problem, and sometimes maybe there is no reason or you don’t know what it is. Sometimes you feel that you want to break something or destroy anything you see, like if you were carrying a glass of water or anything to drink, suddenly you feel a strong energy inside yourself that full of anxiety, anger, and danger and you want to empty it in sever thing such as that glass of water.
There is a story about a teenage girl, she’s always nervous and moody person who’s not easygoing at all, and when that case came to her, she starts knocking the wall with her hands and kicking it with her legs, it’s not the first time that she did it, it always happens, till she got injured and finally she stopped. While doing her an x-ray for her hands and legs, they found that she has broken bones, and then she felt regretful because of that, but she didn’t stop and found new way to empty her anger, which will be discussed in a moment.
But that doesn’t make any sense, which only makes you relax but never solves problems. In the whole day, you get a high pressure from everywhere such as your work, home, customers, reports, schools, homework….etc, so what the difference between you and the other person, he also faces that problem and that pressure but he lives in a happy life, but this is up to you.
Anyway, this is life! We have to be patient and take it easy and organize our day to have the benefits on what we’re doing, try to use your controllable ways to start enjoying your life. Life is neither easy nor hard, only balance between things you’ve done and you will feel like a hero.
Be happy, be quite, the only one will be affected is “you”, give yourself a chance to live in simple way and style, like what you see, let her have fun with you, act with her like your wife or even like your daughter or someone you loved. You are human being and you deserve that but you have to make a break from all your duties and start looking at her.
When you feel sick you want somebody to take care of you, look after what you want, so what is your opinion if I told you to think about yourself like that? Give her some care, feel her like she’s an important part in your life and that’s true, yourself is important and then it’s the most important thing in your personality, it contains everything belonged to you, your health, your brain, your body, your responsibility and everything without exceptions.
Here is some suggestion from me to you:
-       Read a romantic novel or watch a movie at the cinema either romantic or comedy.
-       Take a vacation and go to camping or to chalet.
-       Reserve in hotel for three days.
-       Have a yoga session or visit a spa.

It’s only simple way to refresh your mind of the high pressure, we all need this, even if you share it with someone you loved and sensitive, believe me, you will like it, at least enjoy your weekend by hanging out with your friends or family, or have a day with your grandma or your grandpa and listen to his or her old story about our ancestors, and do what he advised you.

Try to do it because when you work hard and feel tired then the result is nothing and failed, why is that! It’s yourself not in safe with you, so let her live in peace.
